Vertical Hydraulic Baling Press is mainly applicable in cotton mills and ginning mills for baling and binding of miscellaneous cotton wool and cotton waste. It also can be used for baling of other soft goods like waste product.

STRUCTRUES AND CHARACTERISTICS
This machine is composed of three major components as follows: Baling Frame, Hydraulic System and Electric Control System;
These components like Machine Frame, Door, and Cotton Compressing Plate are made of channel and steel plates by welding. Door-locking mechanism is of firm and reliable eccentric structure an d is easy to operate.
Piston Rod and Cotton Compressing Plate are firmly coupled together with screw bolt. The Piston Rod compresses materials in the Baling Chamber in an up-and-down motion which is guided by the Guidance Rod.
Hydraulic Box components are placed to the right of the Baling Frame, and are connected to Up Oil Pipe of Baling Frame and Oil Outlet Pipe of Oil Cylinder by a High-pressure hose.
Up-and-down motion of the Piston Rod of Oil Cylinder is controlled by the manual reversing valve, easy and simple.
Oil supply for Hydraulic System is from Double-Gear Block Duplex Gear Pump, which save power consumption for 64%.B.Horizontal Hydraulic Baling Press

THE MACHINE IS COMPOSED OF MECHANICAL PARTS, HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, FEATURING EASAY INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
1.Baling Chamber dimensions: 1000×600×805(mm). There're empty slots on each side of wall plates of the Baling Chamber for use of threading Baling Strap. Atop the Baling Chamber mounted the Upper Blade.
2. Noil Hopper:
Noil Hopper dimensions: 686×686×750(mm). Noil Hopper is fitted with Inspection Window to enable operator to observe cotton content in the Noil Hopper and to see if it's time to start machine and begin baling. A photoelectrical cell is set outside the Inspection Window to control baling action.
Cotton feed-in mode: Noil from Blow Room and Carding machines are fed into Noil Hopper by Transporting Pipeline through Cotton Condenser or Fiber Compactor after treatment of Dust Removal Equipment. The cotton and the Droppings processed by Waste Cotton Cleaner are separately transported through pipeline into individual Baling Noil Hopper. This can also be done manually. Transporting Pipeline is to be prepared by the customer.
3. Cotton Compressing Carriage:
There's a Roller Mechanism on the Carriage. When the Carriage is moving, the rollers will always roll on the guide rail with very small running resistance. Lower Left and Right Rollers can be adjusted. The carriage is fitted with Lower Blade. The clearance between the Upper Blade and Lower Blade is not more than 2mm.
4. Machine Frame:
Machine Frame is made of steel by welding, and its outline is graceful. It has sufficient strength and rigidity. While working its vibration noise is relatively low. A cotton baffle plate is mounted in the middle of the Machine Frame.
5. Oil Pump:
The pump is of vane type. Its working pressure is 21MPa, rated flowrate is 27L/min, input power is 7.03kw, and is matched with motor of 7.5kw at the ready. This pump is easy to maintain.

7.Valve:
All valves are for general use, with advantages of easy connection and maintenance. All valves are connected by integrated blocks so that pressure loss is controlled to the minimum and so does oil leakage. Functions and adjusting methods of each valve are listed as follows:
7.1 Electro Hydraulic Reversing Valve: totally two sets in the machine, one for controlling in-out reversing of Cotton Compressing Oil Cylinder, the other for that of Baffle Plate Oil Cylinder. When reverse, the circuit should have back pressure over 3MPa.
7.2 Overflow Valve: two common type Overflow Valves are installed, one big and the other small. Adjusting pressures are 10MPa and 6MPa respectively. They are used mainly for safety of Main Oil Circuit and Baffle Plate Oil Cylinder. Clockwise Adjusting Handle is for increasing pressure and the vice is for reducing pressure.
7.3 Pressure Relay: totally one Pressure Relay installed, set to value of 9Mpa to control forming of Cotton Bale by Cotton Compressing Oil Cylinder.
7.4 Counterbalance Valve: its function is to create a certain back pressure in the Main Circuit to help each Electro Hydraulic Reversing Valve reverse stably. Adjusting pressure of the Counterbalance Valve is over 3Mpa.
8. Up and down motion of the baffle plate, in-out motion of Cotton Compressing Oil Cylinder both are controlled by Travel Switch.
9. All procedures are centrally controlled by the Electric Control Cabinet. This central control is very easy.
Working Principles:
After processed by the Cleaner, the cotton falls into the Hopper. When the cotton level reaches the position of the Photoelectric Cell of the Lower Hopper, the Cotton Compressing Oil Cylinder starts to bale automatically, and on completion of forming of bale, manual binding can now start. When the cotton level reaches the position of Photoelectric Cell of Upper Hopper, the cotton feeding will be stopped.
